What's Required?
The Coast Guard Auxiliary is a Service Organization. It requires time, financial support, and dedication. We give our time to train and to serve. We buy our uniforms and equip our boats. We have opportunities for special training.
Why Join?
There is a place in the Coast Guard Auxiliary for you. Please consider joining us. We need both women and men. You can become a member of the Auxiliary if you are a U.S. citizen and at least 17 years old. You are welcome to visit any of our regular monthly membership meetings. We meet the last Monday of each month at Flotilla Island, Lake Murray, at the end of Johnson Marina Road, off Highway 76, just west of Ballentine, South Carolina.
