The Auxiliary is built on the foundation of four cornerstones:
Public Education, Vessel Safety Checks, Operations and Fellowship.
Most members joined the Auxiliary because of their enjoyment of boating and
spending time on the water.
Our Operations Program is a way for our members
to use and enhance their boating skills to help their fellow boaters.
During the boating season, which is nearly year round here in South Carolina,
we conduct on-water Safety Patrols, provide radio watch,
and conduct Search and Rescue Missions.
In order to participate in this program, our members must meet specific boat crew
qualifications, requiring a high level of commitment and training.
